Pretty good first computerAug 10, 2010 My 2 year old daughter received this computer for her birthday, and she enjoys playing with it although she has a little trouble using the mouse. It seems to stick on occasion. For the most part, she just likes the thought of having her own computer, and I am confident that she will become more and more used on how to manipulate it.
Doesn't lastJul 18, 2010 My daughter got this toy for Christmas 2008 and loved it. We played with it maybe once a week and now it won't power up. We have tried new batteries, a DC-10 plug and cleaning the system, but nothing works; it has been dead for a month now. When I got on their website I looked up warranty information and LEAP FROG only guarantees the product for 3 months! We loved the toy but are extremely disappointed in the lack of quality and assurance from LF.
Worst value for Money- Not reliableJul 14, 2010 I bought this product for my son but was disappointed when I saw the images in the screen. There are only very few inbuilt games and they do not look good. There are lot of better free games available in the internet. I bought 2 more cartridges but they were also horrible.
I just believed the brand value of Leaopfrog but I was wrong.
The mouse did not work properly after a week and I returned this product to bring back my peace.
Please check the images of games before you buy it. They look very bad.
Leapfrog Clickstart My first ComputerJun 29, 2010 I bought this product for my 4 year old daughter and she likes it a lot. I love that it is nicely built, above average for the price and strong enough for little ones to play with it all the time or even dropping it once in a while. My only problem is that the image is not really good especially if you own a flat screen, HD or any kind of the new TV's on the market. We have an old TV so we let her play on that one and the image is good. I think leapfrog should improve the quality of the image or adjust it to work perfectly with the new TV's. It is a great toy, my only dissapointment is the image quality.
quite entertainingMay 16, 2010 keeps my son busy and at the same time he is learning a lot too while playing
