These are beautiful, well made little blocks. My only issue would be that you don't get very many for the price. I didn't think this would be a flat package of blocks but it is, what you see here is exactly what's included.

My 1 year old son loves these blocks. He likes that one has a bell inside and others have mirror-like pieces or other decoration. Three of the pieces were a little small for him as he still likes to put things in his mouth so I took them out of play just to be safe but he loves the set.

My son was given this toy for his 1st birthday and it was a great gift. He isn't very good at stacking just yet, but luckily for him these blocks are good for lots of things. One has a bell for making music, another a mirror for funny faces, and two are clear to look through. So far he mostly likes to knock down what I build, but I would highly recommend this product.

Haba makes the most wonderful wooden toys. These blocks are extremely durable -- the paint never chips -- and they are gorgeous to touch and feel and look at. I might like them better than my daughter! They are also unusual and I believe inspire creativity. I highly recommend these blocks.

I bought these blocks for my 18-month-old granddaughter. She seems delighted with the bright colors and patterns, and the many creative ways they can be stacked. The set is of very high quality, well worth the price. One note of caution, though: Close adult supervision is needed for a child as young as my granddaughter. These blocks look good enough to eat, and there are 2-3 smaller pieces that may pose a choking hazard.
